I think he is talking about the free blogger-like interface for blogs/webpages hosted on wordpress itself, and are subdomains.
And you cannot choose themes there? That's sad.

You can choose a theme, and there are plenty of theme (which is making me want to simply choose one I like), but you can barely customize it afterwards. It's very rigid in that way.

Is there no Appearance->Editor? I can edit the CSS there, where I could change the font. (Like I said, I have my own wordpress installation, so it might actually be missing.)

Are there more news about the Playstation Suite on the PS Vita? I would love to release a game for it, and I might buy it on day 1 if Sony doesn't fuck this up like they did with PS Minis (lol).

The only way to reduce piracy is to not fuck with the paying customer. Even if that doesn't always work (e.g. World of Goo and its 90% piracy percentage) it helps a lot more than a bill that registers every move we do on the internet. For example Ubisoft's DRM is cracked, so the pirate get the non-annoying version while do customer get the annoying one.

As crazy as this is, you're misrepresenting it. The ISP has to store your data for 18 months, not send it to the government.

Man, if there are really people fighting this hard against a free Internet, maybe we should just stop trying to stop it. Perhaps humans don't deserve something as cool as absolute global exchange of data.

90% is actually a low rate, usually it's higher. so relative to how often *most* games are pirated, i'd say world of goo did pretty well

@paul: Where in the heck are you getting that info? That seems ridiculous, I'd hate for that to be true.

Seconded. Not that I don't believe in you, but I'm genuinely interested on further reading about that. It looks so scary.

What would that do to stop the pirate hordes? Maybe we can indiscriminately nuke countries at random; I'm sure we'd catch a few that way!

Well, I'm a pretty snarky person. I would go so far as to call myself a Deadpan Snarker, that's a term from TV Tropes. I'm held in pretty high regard over there. would you like to read my reviews of the latest anime? fedora

How about the fact that 90% of the shit Hollywood churns out simply isn't worth my money. How about the fact that I'd rather directly pay the guys who made the media in question. How about the fact that I despise their apparent utter distrust in me as a paying customer. How about the fact that they don't understand the freedom of information. How about the fact that they don't understand that it's less about product and more about service. The product is nearly costless, that's the freedom of information. What I want is good service to consume the product.
