02/20 Update: Special Status Testing some special status on enemy, here's an enemy getting stunned by the shield bash skill. The system is simple yet tricky..

03/22 Update: Enemy HP Bar Originally I thought about doing a system when you can't see enemy's HP like Monster Hunter... but that doesn't really fit with this game, so here you go.

I think I agree with the health bar decision. Though it took me like 3 loops of the gif to realize it was underneath the guy, I think we're so used to seeing them above the head. It looks fine, no need to change it! I just thought that was funny.

A quick B&W pass and saturation check might be helpful. Mellowing out your warmer colors will help with making your red blood pop.

I think it would be cool if the blood on the ground looked a brighter red and faded to that background brown red over time.
