I don't like the "only one piece for person" rule. Is that necessary? How about "only one consecutive piece", or "you have to wait x number of pieces before you do another piece" or something to that effect?

I like that rule. We could allow people to do another piece if we don't get enough contributors. Either way it's better this way to encourage the most people to contribute.
