Overall I'm really proud of myself for sticking to this. The Prince of Persia one especially was done half-awake, and when I was so just willing to crash in bed. But I persevered and stuck to the plan. And I feel great :D
And now for another week's worth lay ahead.

Oh, if you've posted pixel art recently in this thread, and you're reading this, truly SUPERB! Lots of talented folks here, and it's always a treat seeing there's new posts every day.

I suggest more vertical movement, maybe one or two pixels, with the idea of giving it more bounce. Perhaps very slightly arching the back on certain frames and having the shoulders rotate around a little.

Well, you nailed it as far as I can tell.

I'm currently undergoing a similar hand experience. However, I'm starting to find it enjoyable(though at this resolution i can more easily gloss over the details.)

So how can I improve this beaked worm?

I think you want to avoid banding (http://pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299&PID=139322#139322) on the colors across the top parts of it's back

Whew, working on a an asset for my game!
Cthulhu makes a guest appearance as "the Dreamer", a hidden boss.



So far it's the biggest pixel art piece I've ever made, and I'm not used to working at this size.
