Maybe it is meaning to say The Phantom Pain's late
It's a secret warning, "Don't pre-order this shit, it's late!"

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1098417A rumour has surfaced on Chinese media recently which states that Tencent would be interested in hiring the Metal Gear Solid producer, Hideo Kojima.
The source that broke the news said that an executive in the company intends to hire Kojima to develop new IP’s and the negotiation process has already started.

I hope those developers know what commitment it takes to work with Kojima.

no but seriously, kojima making glorious eurojank would be amazing
For instance, lords of the fallen is kind of lame as is. But what if it had tons of movie references and endless homoerotic dialogs about swords? i would buy that shit at launch

i should finally play ground zeroes before phantom pain drops. i have it on 2 platforms (pc thanks to steam sale, ps4 thanks to ps plus) and haven't even touched it. i normally hate teasers and demos but ill TRY to make an exception for this one.

Some people were miffed that it's not much more than a demo but the way that I see it is that it's basically a mix of Project IGI and the Liberty Isle map from Deus Ex with more room for mischief.
Keeping a similar line of thinking I guess that makes The Phantom Pain the new Delta Force which is a thought that makes me very excited.

You cant trust no one since this is norm not only for konami. http://www.gamesradar.com/metal-gear-solid-5-phantom-pain-review-progress/For fear of spoilers, Konami invited journalists to review the game at five-day 'boot camps' tied to strict NDAs (non-disclosure agreements). We played between 9am to 5pm, with no unsupervised play outside these hours. That's a maximum play time of 40 hours, assuming no stoppages for eating, drinking, stretching… or reality. So you're trying to complete a 35-50 hour game (or longer, depending on your play style and the nature of your 'completion'… I can't say more), that you've been anticipating for five years, in a realistic window of 30-35 hours. On one hand, you're finally immersed in one of the deepest, most experimental, open-worlds in history – overwhelmed by side-missions, upgrades and secrets – on the other, haunted by a tick-tock race to reach the 'end' without knowing when that is.
