26 days to go. the game is coming along great. we're moving fast. im about to take my weeks vacation to work on the game full time and get this demo done. add maybe 10 days to that and i should have a first teaser up. teaser with secrets.

yes you can.
well, nothing i can show, still. i mean, its still the same old blue skies from all the mock-ups. but i cant show the game in action because that would reveal the secret. and its not ready to be shown, yet. there will be a little video for that after the IGF deadline, so thats fairly soon.
the game is finally starting to come together. a bit too last minute for my tatse but hey, we're doing what we can with the brutal time limit. im REALLY looking forward to the demo being done, because then, i can finally take it slow and treat this more like a passtime, and less like a 2nd fulltime job.
we've had to cut a LOT of stuff out of the demo to make it in time. LOTS. the demo will be the simplest expression of the game's idea. an introduction to the concept, if you will. all those cools moves and objects types will be back in the final game.
but cutting all these more "advanced features" is giving us a lot more time to make or demo extra shiny. its looking better and better all the time.
im not sure if im going to release the demo yet. maybe to a select few, for testing and feedback. but im not sure about a public release.
and well, yeah, thats about it. you have no idea how excited i am about "revealing" my game.
actually, the day before gamma, on November 27th, at the SAT, there will be a demo night party organized by the IGDA, a bunch of local devs will show off their creations, and Fez will be there. so if anybody is gonna be in town for MIGS, come check that out.
