Loving the way this is looking so far man. And I agree on the weightiness of animations. Sound Design, maybe some Screen Shake, and Particle FX (Which I see you already have) will help that immensely.

Yeah.. now I am testing the blood particle system thingy.. Later I will need to adjust the effect for each individual enemy haha

Can there be options? The new one is leaner and sleeker - some might prefer the blockier model? If it's one or the other, I'd definitely say the new one.
