I've decide to switch emails and want to protect the new email and use my domain instead of just @gmail.com.
So it turns out spamgourmet is open source and I've taken a gander at it but it seems I'm way out of my league.
So CAN I even install something like spamgourmet onto my webserver and if so how?

Thanks!

I just use a registrar for my domain that allows unlimited email forwarding, and then create temp accounts each time I want one. (123-reg is my registrar, but I'm sure you can find others).
