Toki Tori 2 is really, really cool.
Agreed. Awesome puzzle game. I like how you have all the abilities to get everything from the get-go, but you're restricted to how well you know the game mechanics. Getting past lightning bugs is incredibly satisfying once you figure out how to.

Also been playing A Walk in the Dark, a platformer on steam that is split into 3 different play styles. One is like Super Meat Boy, another is VVVVVV with floaty platforming, and the other is VVVVVV where your character automatically runs and you just have to time your flips.
Game is incredibly challenging, but satisfying.

Got ZPC to work on my new conputer.
Pictured is the evil fortress with its own pool of blood. If that doesn't say evil, then I don't know what does.

Decide to give a second try to Miasmata and I'm hooked. The sunrises are beautiful, and the textures don't bother me that much now. Discovered that you can actually carry more than one plant as long as they're different. The ~beast~ that hunts you is kinda dumb. The whole "Press H to learn more" is the most insane/fun shit.

It took a lot of work, but I finally got the top spot on my Steam friends list for Spelunky fastest times. 4:49, I think. The number of times I died at the same time as Olmec was ridiculous. With some lucky level generation, I could definitely do it in less than 4 minutes (had one run where I got to Olmec in 3 minutes exactly)...to go any faster than that, I'd need to learn to use the teleporter more effectively.

Finally started playing Demon's Souls. In the end it cost me over 300€ to buy a PS3, 16:9 screen (fuck you Sony) and the game itself but I'm not disappointed. It feels more intense than Dark Souls and I like the imho elegant interface style with clean prerenders of item graphics.

The whole "Press H to learn more" is the most insane/fun shit.

Wait, what, there's a help function in this game? Could've have helped me I guess.

Original flavor or director's cut?  Cause the boss isn't quite so jarring in the Director's Cut.

Warcraft 3 mods were the best thing ever. Sadly those marketing drones could only play Dota.
And thats why I think that Dota 2, which is essentially one WC3 map, is one big waste of content.

I miss playing w3 maps, mostly the dota with ships, that was my favorite by far.

Yea, wished dota 2 was moddable too :/
