This is where I'd chime in and say pixel art isn't the same thing as aliased, and for a genre label to be meaningful and useful it can't bee to inclusive, but I don't want people getting mad

I vaguely recall that you're from one of the Scandinavian countries, in which case you're confirming certain stereotypes of the people there . Just say it as it is: this isn't pixel art. That's not a criticism of the artistic quality of the piece (in fact, I like the walking animation, sparkling vinegar), but it's not pixel art. (Do we have a low-poly art thread? This would fit there, no?)

Playing with 3d to make some pixel art. This should belong to a PS1 game, I swear. And yeah this doesn't count as pixelart (maybe if you were to add contours so it looks more hand drawn). I wouldn't mind seeing this in HD though (yes, lo-poly in high resolution, I'm weird =P I'm the kind of guy who disables texture filtering in Carmageddon II). EDIT: note that there's always the route of using 3D renders as the base for drawing new 2D sprites (would probably save all the headache of getting proportions right, use the model as a reference and redraw over it)

Playing with 3d to make some pixel art. My bad. But Zeah I plan to add some outline around the character. If you want to remove it from the topic feel free to do it. This should belong to a PS1 game, I swear. And yeah this doesn't count as pixelart (maybe if you were to add contours so it looks more hand drawn). i dont care about whether or not its pixelart but posting it in two threads is an attention grabbing thing only harlot and hack would do

Eh, no? Not everyone follows every thread. Besides, if the other thread is a "high churn rate" thread like this one is I don't see the damage anyway.

So you don't make any difference between technique (3d) and style (pixel art or low definition). I posted in 3d to have a feedback about the 3d and the animation and in pixel art because this is the style where I would like to go and I'm not sure if people of pixelart topic will read the 3d topic.
