Today during a 20 minute drawing, I stumbled across accidental 3d in my art. Do you see it? Some people see the 3d effect and other people don't.  |

I see it, it happens with blue and red colors for some reason, even if it's not real stereography.
Whan I was young, I used to built 3D glasses out of transparent plastic that would enhance blues and reds, every normal picture with blue or red would look 3D.

manky that's really interesting. it's like the image has two layers to it, with the face farther away and the other stuff nearer. it does a good job of replicating the effect of something further away being blurry with something nearer being clear and vice versa. cool!

Here are some aluminum plate lithographs I printed. They're part of a series I've started! The first one needs a little reworking - I processed the plate too strongly and it washed out the midtones. I'm pretty happy with the second image though! Working on a stone right now for the next image, it's going to be awesome - just you wait.   |

Jr. those are a special kind of sexy. Moi: Wish I had the for site to entertain myself with my own 3d drawings as a child. Paste: The pink does seem far away now that you mention it. I thought it was strangely "popping" out. I always thought it looked like a persons reflection in a car window. ( The person would be far away in the reflection, so what you say makes sense to me) cheesy drawing:  |

Nope, I think MSPaint is a terrible program for art because it doesn't let me undo what I've done if I want to overhaul things, its doesn't have any options for indexing, and it doesn't have hotkeys. Besides, I'm a linux user  That was done in GIMP, which I finally got pressure sensitivity working in. It took a while because my 6 year old laptop mobo wasn't properly reading the USB port I had it in, but I've fixed the issue. Glad you like the style, it's quite a bit cleaner than it used to be  Kinnas that's really cool, I like th pixelation over the tone effect. It's pretty noisy though, so much that readability is suffering :/ It's got a great wild feeling of movement, it just feels a little "draft"-y |
