Might be a bit too fast to organise everyone else, but we'll see. I'll PM all the peeps who replied to this thread because they might not notice that the thread's updated.

Beers, you say?

Games, you say?

I like the cut of your jib, count me in.

I'm sure Si will be up for it too, and it'll be a good excuse to hang out with Ewan again (he's the illustrator I worked with on the infinite running game/monstrosity, we're toying with collaborating on something exciting)

Sounds good anyway, let me know and I'll put the word out online if you like.

Well, 25/26 isn't set in stone, but equally it could easily be a monthly thing if people enjoy themselves. We'll see how it shakes out. Smiley

Any more word on a meet up this month?  So far as I know I have no set plans for the rest of the month but I don't really know much of Manchester to be able to suggest a good place to meet, and 25/26 wasn't set in stone last time I checked :/  if we could sort a more certain time/place soon it'll give people chance to read about it and/or reschedule as needed.

Well, I know I'm gonna' be busy and probably working weekends for the next fortnight so for me, it's the 8th/9th of June which'd be the best time.

I'll be on my honeymoon 8th-23rd June so won't be able to make it between those dates.

Does it need to be a weekend?  I mean it's not like it has to be a late one if it's mostly just a meet & greet.

You make an excellent point, Oshi! I'm probably cool any evening from the 4th onwards. What about other peeps?

I work weekdays and don't actually live too close to Manchester at the moment, so it'd be a struggle to make a weekday. That said, I think 4th and 5th of June are bank holidays, so I could make Monday the 4th probably.

Or any weekends are still fine for me. Doesn't have to be a massive planning ordeal anyway - if we have a regular meet every couple of weeks it won't matter if some people can't show to one as they can come to the next - only problem is getting them organised in the first place Tongue

Ok, so the week starting 4th June sounds promising, so unless anyone objects shall we just say the 4th now then?

4th would be great. I'm easy in regards to pub selection, as long as it has beer and seats it's fine with me Beer!

Well, seeing as it's a bank holiday, I see no reason not to start early and end early so people can get home easily if they're travelling. So, like 6 til 10 or summat?
