Seems ComicCon is showing off more indiegame stuff than I thought it would. I love the look of PixelJunk's "Shooter"- it's a bit like a game I tried to make in the Klik'n'Play days...

Anyway, check out new footage here-o:





Aside from the obvious, I love the smoothness and heat-dynamic.

Not bad, but to me it looks pretty basic so far. Mainly, it looks like two of the dozen elements of those Falling Sands games were taken and a little shooting spaceship was added. I think it's potentially great, but in the two videos I know I haven't seen that potential used.

I did once.  I took a bunch of multicolored sand at Water Safari and filled up a clear plastic bottle full of it so that it would make shapes and what not.  It was very bright and pleasant to look at.  It cost my parents 5 dollars.
