I am looking to do some fairly basic lighting effects, but I'm having some... difficulties.

I know that I want to combine a number of light circles, taking the maximum whiteness of each pixel (preferably not actually combined) to get the first image to be blended.

I then want to use that as my light mask (?) to blend with my second image, that second image being the rest of the game, currently drawn with a pyglet.graphics.Batch object that I'm not even sure is compatible with blending.

Assist me? (:
