Today's Progress:

Got some trash-talk happening here.

Question: Should I change the font for this text? I'm seriously considering it. It's pretty hard to read at smaller sizes.

-Added story bubbles.
-Added Color changing sky.
-Metrics Code
-Code is pretty much feature complete (aside from 2Player mode)

Wip:
-Graves
-Dudes

To do:
-Too much  Cheesy

-Changed color scheme.
-Added some new sounds
-Intro UI

Screens:

The most important thing left to do is the characters.

This looks really sharp. I particularly love the proportions for the menus and titles.

How does the duelling work? One person hits a key to draw, and the other has to hit their key fast enough in response to draw faster and win the duel?

Hi,
Thanks for your comment.

I guess I can explain it at this point. If you look closely you can see two little flames. Those are actually meant to be lanterns held by the characters.
So, each character has a lantern with a flickering flame, after some time one of the flames will go out. This is the cue, the player has to react as fast as possible and fire. If you are too slow (or too early), you will get shot and lose.

It kind of forces the player to devide his attention between two points of interest and the flickering adds a little bit of uncertainty, making you pay attention.

I feel it works already but I still need to tweak all the variables to make it as engaging as possible.
