Sorry for only finalising it two weeks in advance...

Nice one! Good result on the free venue too Smiley
Do you know if there's parking there? I might drive, in which case if anyone wants a lift from Bath/Trowbridge sort of area, let me know (and assuming parking is ok)

It is actually just my work offices after all that, I decided that the advantages of free outweighed the disadvantages. Might be able to squeeze more people in if we find some extra chairs somewhere.

You should be able to find street parking somewhere nearish.

Awesome! I've got my ticket Wink

It terms of staying overnight in Bristol, will we be staying at the venue or need to find somewhere to stay?

Ed: if you could, that would be useful. Smiley

Ali: it's an office, you probably won't find anywhere comfortable to sleep. You can stay over at mine if you like though.

If anyone else has trouble finding accommodation let me know.

Sure. I have two reasonable "office" chairs and some other dining-type chairs if we're desperate.

Likewise I *might* be able to offer accomodation for a few people if needed, although we are ~45 minutes from Bristol and won't be staying out late Wink

I'll have to think about it. Short notice and all that nonsense. Definitely want to though.

Really want to come, but think it's gonna hard for me that weekend off kid-patrol as I'm already at Gamecamp this weekend. Will see....

On that note, is anyone else going to Gamecamp? http://gamecamp.org.uk/?

Was hoping I'd get to Bristol for this, but might have to give it a miss - short notice and still some annoyingly uncertain stuff going on in my life...

Don't really know any, sorry. I looked up the YHA but they don't have any rooms left.

For hostels, check out the Full Moon:

http://www.fullmoonbristol.co.uk/

or

http://www.rocknbowlmotel.com/

(which is above a brilliant retro bowling alley!)

Both are walking distance from the jam (<30 minutes).  I'm happy to act as tour guide if needed.

edit: by the way, I haven't checked out if they have rooms or not, but numbers are on the websites
