Hi everyone,
For the upcoming Iphone game I am working on, I am looking for a pixel artist with a talent for crafting and animating laser beams, lightning bolts and all kinds of light effects. I would need these to be sprite based.
The style/level of detail and quality I'd like to reach (given a 480*320 screen of course  Grin) can be seen for reference in these screen caps :

You ask for a pixelartist, and then literally posted 0 pixelart in your "this is what it should look like."  Maybe you need to reassess what you want?

I figured he might have been referring to imitating all this 3D texture/shader stuff as sprites as closely as possible. Perhaps a bit like this:


That would make sense given the low resolution, I guess?

ben35, I figure if you post a current screenie or video of your project, we can better understand what you require precisely.

Sorry for the misuse of "pixel artist", and let's simply use artist instead.
