@Slader16
interesting
that's a lot of bounce, I guess the trick is to have patience and wait for the pieces to settle before dropping another shape

Messing about with Sprite Lamps new update. Here is the origonal Rock sprite... And here it is when I try and light it with Sprite Lamps Palette Shader... I think it still needs some work. At the moment the darks need to be darker and the lights need to be lighter. I also think I need to rework my Normal Map as there are a few points where I get a solid bock of colour for one side of the rock. If anyone else has been messing about with the update then some advice would be really handy. Holy christ that is epic.

Shit, that looks great. I really need to consider springing for it via Paypal.
It's totally worth it. The guy who made it is very nice and the tool's pretty fantastic. I'm thinking of using it for my next semi-big project. Its a little tricky to get started with but with a bit of trial and error you can get good results. And I agree, the guy making it is great. Hes always quick to help out with advice. I made some slight changes to get an extra colour in there. I think it makes all the difference.

Thanks for commenting! Actually it's just Unity's horrible built-in physics system, eventually I'm going to rework it, because atm it's way too bouncy.

Think I've finally cracked the level of detail I want to go with. If anyone is interested I can post all the separate elements that go into making this one sprite?

Today were testing some items and a certain combination of items and skills turned out to be pretty ridiculous and we just got greenlit, but that's no biggy (EXCEPT IT IS!!! )

Yo 0x0961h that looks A+ reminds me of like elastomania and worms and vvvvv and several cool tech demos (metanet physics paper stuff, flixel demos), and all sorts of delightful things.
