Dropbox is a service for backup/sharing files, check out the video here: http://www.getdropbox.comAll I can say is that it's extremely helpful when I want to share stuff with Kinten and thewreck... No more zipping and ftping and unpacking and such crap.

That would be so useful for collaborating on games. Hmm, maybe we should use it for Indie Brawl...

I've been using it for a while, and not only does it allow you to coordinate across multiple machines (my desktop, my laptop, and my work computer) but it also maintains version history, which cam in handy a few days when I overwrote my work on a project because i didn't think it was working, only to change my mind on the way home. No problem, pull up their web interface and restore the overwritten files to their pre-overwritten state and, blamo, hours of work NOT lost. That's something great to say for once.

This seems totally awesome! A few issues that pop into my mind when talking about project sharing though: - SVN tries to maintain more secure versioning - I'm not sure how this handles two people editing the same source file at the same time. - With my saving source code every two seconds by instinct, how many versions would this create? Still... Windows, Mac and Linux! I think I'm going to have to try this

SVN is so better for software development.. but for binary files it seems neat
