I was making a game...About who knows what. Actually, I am just learning but anyway. I am making a spaceship and I am sortof depressed that I cant think of anything better than just blocks: what should I do?

Wait, what's wrong with it?
I like it. It has a unique style.

Try to think of the purpose of each piece of the ship. Cockpit, living quarters, engines, weapons, sensors, storage, etc. That'll give more structure to your ship, make it feel like it's something that's actually used instead of just a box in space.

You could maybe make it even blockier. Spaceships don't need to be aerodynamic.
(Although they probably do need to have a well-balanced center of gravity. Which your ship doesn't, possibly because it's shaped kind of like an airplane, as if it was designed to be piloted through an atmosphere...)
Overall it looks actually pretty decent. I actually kinda like the look of the lights. One thing I wonder looking at it: What is the source of propulsion? I look at it and I can imagine it floating in space but it seems difficult to imagine it propelling itself at great speed.

I think the shape is a bit un-spaceship-y, as some others have noted. I'm not sure whether you're going for an UFO-like feeling or a more 'regular' spaceship design. If the latter, why not try adding some rocket engines and motors and such to one end of the thing? In its current shape it's hard to tell which way it is moving.

Lacks a means of propulsion. Other than that, I dig it.

Like others have said, a propulsion system on the outside near the back would help. Also, maybe try flipping it upside down. It worked for the USS Enterprise.
