Well I don't have a controller, and the game I'm making just uses a mouseclick as the button for interacting.

Is that good enough, or does the xbox controller use something different like a letter or special keycode to check for?

I'll likely add 'space' and 'enter' as valid clicks as well (to make it accessible for all oneswitch gamers), but I wanted to make sure I'm within the rules too.

I think its ok if you bundle something like joy2key with it and have the right settings ready.

I'm pretty sure someone has already mentioned something in the announcement thread about that kind of thing (not sure which page though):
