My game LASTS 5 minutes XD

I think it's better to have 8 seconds of each (making a 9 minute video) with the names of the game being played and maybe on the youtube info a direct link to play/download each game (Name - URL).

Otherwise, 5 minutes per game would be like 6 hours of video!

I'm actually really liking nitram's idea right now. I think a single video with all entries would be boss.

One would be hard pressed to find somebody to record and splice a video, but if everybody were to submit a video snippet of their game to some sort of public server it would definitely help the burden.  I also have

on YouTube, but if whoever is making this video needs the AVI just let me know.

I agree it's too much work for a single person. I think belbeeno idea is good. I can help by uploading a clip with 10-15 videos from different games, as I suppose this is an urgent work and you don't want to wait too long to get it done, and I'm busy with freelance work this week and can't do much more than that.

You can get 4 more people to do the same so you just put together the 5 clips and upload it.

I actually wouldn't mind giving this a go. I have work this week, but I could get it done by this weekend. Yea its a lot of work -- but I have been busy lately and hadn't had time to play all of your wonderful creations and this would force me to [: haha.

Ah good idea Melly!  I started this morning, and realized how long its actually going to take...but I'm still up for it! 

If you guys want specific clips in the video, record an 8-9 clip, and sent it to me at [email protected]

I decided to crop the clips so the video sizes aren't constantly changing. Its looking quite nice, but some games scores are cropped out of the top left/right corners, etc...

If you guys would prefer me NOT to crop anything, tell me; I just think it looks much better.

I'm still working through playing all the entries before I do secondary polls. But I have an idea for that. Maybe I'll let people nominate games to the polls before I actually make them, and use only 10-15 games in each poll, based on what most people nominate?

For the most part I am done with the video 

There are a few games that either:
a) I couldn't get to run at all for some odd reason (on my good PC with screen recording/editing software)
b)Are to intense, and cause much lag in the footage.

I am very very very tried so I will post a list of those games tomorrow morning. I will probably make a request on each individual game topic requesting a clip if possible (unless there is a better way of going about this) Night!

Alright, here is the list of games I need footage of. I have now played all of them -- however on my good computer some propose issues.

Extra Heroes -- will not run |:
Parachute Pete -- can not jump out of the plane, just crash and burn
Madris (3d) -- just too slow when recorded
SOZE -- camtasia will not record on top of the game screen
ATTACANTE -- will not run
Twilight Universe -- external error must abort
Family Genome -- will not record on top
Mediécross -- too laggy when recorded

Some of these problems I can probably fix with a little work, however if you guys are able to record clips please tell me, if not I will put some more effort into fixing these problems and try to record them myself. After these are done + music this video will be complete, so please respond -- thanks!

The controls in Parachute Pete actually don't work. The author has yet to fix those issues.

You should just record the view for a few seconds and call it done with that one.

I could probably make short clips of some of these. How many seconds do you want?

8-9 seconds is what I have been doing. 8:20 typically (doesn't need to be exact though)
