I had the back leg looking better but MMF2 corrupted the game file so this was the latest I was able to restore back to.

Old man with a peg leg and two peg arms.  This walk cycle is quite a challenge.  I think its almost there.  I almost gave up but I kept going.

lookin' pretty boss. the back leg does look weird will the spastic shading changes, the changes could be smoother. hurry up and finish the head!

@nessiah, I really love those rocks. they don't match the characters though D:

@everyone else, lookin' spectacular!~

delmore- get wilder with your colours. with a few reservations standard grey is pretty bleh. some basic hue shifting would look great and more complex stuff could look incredible.

Whoa I forgot the shadow underneath the grass  Facepalm
Also those characters are for my perspective guide I should've said that :<
Ok I'll work on the grass to be...longer? or more wilder if it's is the correct term.

Yes, wilder. Make more variations of the grass tile, so that some go deeper (or something) than others and etc. Maybe you can fit patches of grass in between some rock tiles here and there too.

@Thernz: Thank you, that absolutely made my day. As well, I now want to have that Cheese Curry guy in as an Easter Egg, haha.  :D
It's also a suggestion that you should play a sound similar to the ones emitted by this strange cheese-shooting figure whenever he shoots hearts.

A WIP :X

Wanted to know errors before I move on

Aside from what others have said, I think the background is a bit too saturated. It kind of distracts from the characters.

Yeah, the rocks are awsome, but I'd scale them up to 200% percent, the chunks seem so small in comparison to the characters. Colour-wise they're like ACE, the lightning looks a bit under-waterish. Is nice.

This critique makes no sense to me.
Why would he scale the rocks 2x?

That grass is looking pretty square, quite un-natural.
And the side is pretty repetitive.
Rocks are pretty decent they seem they got the most attention.

I don't know if it's just me but the layers of rock doesn't look convincing.
Kind of looks like it's paper thin maybe try breaking the head on perspective.

I  know it's not proper and looks kind of weird but I could see it being used well if done right.

the trees are looking promising.
