Hey, guys. This isn't bsns card related, but it is bsns related: are all of your (and I know this should be assumed, as it is a very silly question) company names trademarked or whatever?
Yep, we went through the whole incorporation process, etc. As part of our blog content will be to help other indies get up and running (we're all game industry vets, so while it's still scary as hell, we've got at least a little experience), we'll eventually put up a post about what's been required so far to get all the business bits sorted. Just havent had time to write that one that.
Regarding names, you can put a TM next to your mark even if you haven't registered it yet. If you want to know if the name's already in use, here's a good resource:
