This is NOT the official voting thread for the PGC Compo for best game in the compo. Please use this link: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=2007.0TIGS PGC Competition's Unnoficial Secondary AwardsBest AudioVisual PresentationThe PGC Secondary Awards are secondary voting threads for more specific aspects of each game in the competition. Much like the Oscars, you get the big voting for the best game, and you get smaller awards for more specific elements. We'll have threads for stuff like Best Visuals, Audio, Most Promising Entry That Didn't Make it, etc. Time for the pretty shinies. Which games do you think look and/or sound best? Bonus points for ease of communication between the player and the information and feedback from the game. (Apologize for the delay on this one. I blame Dwarf Fortress. ) Other polls:Most Fun/Compelling Gameplay: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=2023.0Best Use of PGC: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=2011.0

Wow very difficult to restrict to only 6 choices, I found at least 12 games worth a mention and difficult to decide which one to eliminate

This is a great opportunity to vote for Space Rage Truckin' Deluxe even though it wasn't finished.

I didn't play enough of them to make six choices (well, if I made six choices, at least one of them wouldn't have qualified due to lack of sound)
Anyway, I only picked one, and I picked it because the game is made of sound and flashy images. Everybody Loves Active 2.

You voted for ONE?
Look Cyber, not to be rude, but go! Now! Play more. I mean, if you can only think of one which applies for this, you're missing out on some of the best!

Lack of sound does no disqualify an entry.
It's graphics and/or sounds, so if an entry without sound looks crazy awesome you can vote for it, and vice versa.

I actually played such a game at a 'History of Gaming' exhibition I went to. Unfortunately, the layout planners in their infinite wisdom had placed the game between Guitar Hero and Super Smash Bros, so I couldn't actually hear anything that the game said.
