What will you be handing all the cool people you meet at GDC in a month? Er, if not going to GDC, what do your business cards look like? I'm working on designing some for myself; I need inspiration and critique.  There was a thread on this topic last year as well -> http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=16721.0This is the design I'm playing with right now. I figure this is all anyone at GDC would need about me except for an email address (small font on the other side, maybe).  |

That's definitely my approach! Looks nice! They actually just arrived yesterday. I got a batch with 6 different fronts (rounded corners, with my info on the back).
I love the wide range of designs Chevy. Thanks for your blog post on Moo, I think I'm going to end up using their minicards. Here's a work in progress... expecting to order this week. I've been reading a good number of posts by Darius ( http://tinysubversions.com/) on networking and presenting yourself at GDC. I decided I should present some sort of likeness of myself and call attention to my abnormal height in order to make myself memorable/identifiable.  |

I've noticed that a lot of people order stickers. What's the rationale behind this? I'm having a hard time imagining what I would do with a business sticker. I do like stickers though.  I ordered my cards yesterday. I opted for a variation of the second design posted above. They'll have two different fronts with different coloring in the sketch. I wanted to spice them up a bit more but I think simple is fine, it's really about the cards I get. |

I have stickers on my laptop from last GDC, including a pirate shark from Ted Martens. They are like business cards that don't get thrown in a drawer at the end of the week |
