Yo, this is the place to hold future 1v1, 2v2, etc. pixel competitions.
---
2v2:
Team 1: John Sandoval + namragog
Team 2: Manuel Magalhães + ninto
Rules, Guidelines, & Dates:
This competition will start on Saturday, March 10. Each team member will make their own image. Once the 24 hours are up, the two team members will exchange pieces and work on each other's for the second 24 hours.
- The first team member is NOT allowed to show any work to the second member before his 24 hours is up. However, you are of course allowed to discuss ideas and concepts. Once the member's first 24 hours are up, he is not allowed to work on it at all.
- NO past works are allowed to be used in this competition.
- The final file size will be 400x400 pixels. No larger/smaller. You are NOT allowed to make a piece (let's just say for an example) 200x200 and then scale it to 400x400.
- The theme for this competition will be VOID. There is no restricted color palette nor is there a color number restriction.

Shouldn't both people work on different ones and then switch the next day? That would yield four works of art for the final voting. Like the Jared C battle.

This could work too... I actually like it better. Changing the rules now.

I do, but there are reasons I don't use it. It may be uninstalled. We can talk through email or something. (Keep in mind that my email's last name is not my real last name.) [email protected]Also, get ready to lose, enemy-guys?

Nice guys, really looking forward to this and seeing what comes out of it. Should be interesting with everyone having such unique distinct styles. Either going to turn out awesome or completely crap with lots of drama(and lots of blame thrown around) just kidding. Either way should be an interesting competition. Goodluck guys and may the best team win.

So, how exactly are we supposed to divvy up each piece? Do we just... keep going until the deadline ends, then hand it off to our partner for them to touch up?

thernz-baby and me are looking to get into this competition action. however, since team manuel and team sandoval are already engaged in a duel to the death with each other, we need another team to compete against. anyone out there interested in tussling with us?

I feel that adding another team to the mix will confuse and diminish response from onlookers. We should keep it at 2v2 in order to keep it singularly competitive. Other teams should just wait two days. That's not a long time.
