each person makes an image
after 24 hours, switches images with partner for cleanup
after another 24 hours, i guess all the pieces are submitted and then whichever team did the best gets votes?

Your assumption was correct.
Also Namragog- the piece is 400x400, I just scaled the .png up to 800x800 for viewing purposes. You can shrink it back down, or use the .xcf file that I sent.
