Well, It will not be exactly the same. It will be 100% harder. It will be ridiculously hard just for the fun of it. Plus, I didn't rip the graphcis, but rather made them myslef, so I don't see it as a rip-off, but rather a fan game. |

The name should be El Spunky. If it fails, you can still go back to the original with a few rotations.

I'm not setting out to make a rip-off. This game has reactive water that moves i nsinewaves dependign on how hard you hti it, unlike in spelunky where the water is just a sprite. |

I didn't see a way to finish the level, a way to attack enemies outside jumping on them, etc. The player character's behavior seems off, but I kinda liked holding down jump and watching him speed past everything, walls and all. Keep it up. But maybe differentiate yourself further in your design goals. I certainly didn't necessarily think Spelunky while playing it so maybe don't sell yourself short by calling it a clone (unless you do end up closing it). |
