In 2D!  I made this with PuzzleScript.  It even supports touchscreen input!

There are 48 levels in total.  Press <Z> to undo or <R> to restart the level if you get stuck.  The game saves your progress if you quit.

I made an update - 16 new levels (now there are 48 in total) and a new game-mechanic: "pads" that change the rings into other sized rings.
