there could be other causes for acne besides clogged pores. I've suffered from acne for 10 years now. It can be related to hormones / stress/ anxiety / diet/ bacteria/ genetics/etc..

they're not THAT long let's just say my hair has just only touched my ear (long for me) and i can't cut them yet because there are pimples on the sides that will most likely be harmed by whatever razor is going to be used

careful with acne creams/astringents, they dry out the skin so your skin compensates by producing more oils and more pimples. I use to have it bad, decided to stop using that stuff when I heard that, it was bad for a few weeks until my skin stopped producing excessive amounts of oil and then my skin cleared up. The same goes for hair and scalp, shampoo and conditioner dries it out and so it produces more oils than it should - hair becomes excessively greasy, and so your skin gets worse. Your hair gets under control after a few weeks of smelling like a hippy, I wash it maybe twice a month with vinegar because I don't like the stuff in shampoo.

@Medevenx-In 2006 when I was in highschool I had acne pretty bad so I feel for ya. Pimples, acne, and boils run in my family. I went to a dermatologist and he gave me some pills and a topical cream that I used for less than a year. I saw results within weeks. You would never guess I had a problem with acne back then if you looked at my face now.
I can't recommend one method over another because, well, I'm not a dermatologist and everyone's skin is different. But whatever action you take do it quickly and try to resist picking at your face. The longer you wait, the more scarring you'll have which is not fun. Best of luck man.

@Medevenx I had really long hair up until last month and i had really bad acne on my neck because of it. When i got a haircut, it cleared up pretty well. I still get a few zits on my neck on occasion, but not as bad. I'd just go get a haircut somewhere and tell whoever is cutting your hair to be careful if you're worried that your acne will get cut up.

Im in high school and have acne. I have long hair, but I have always been attached to it. Now that your saying its a problem I think I am going to cut soon. I absolutely freaking hate pimples, maybe I should consult my doctor and see if he has some sort of magical potion.

Made my game free for a while (still is) on iOS, find out today that apple have fucked up the app store and no apps that were released or changed recently are being ranked. If they hadn't done this it would have been in the top 50, which gives more exposure, and then with that who knows what rank I could have hit (and this was in the US).
And my game engine doesn't seem to work on other computers and its mega hard to find out why, think it's a shader thing.
+ work stuff and other shit which has made this one of the most stressful days of my life so far.
Fuck today.
Just needed to emo rant.

That sucks, Claw. Did they say if they would retroactively give people their deserved rankings? That would be the right thing to do. With the shader stuff, maybe try to make sure you're following the GLSL/HLSL language rules exactly. I ran into trouble because I was breaking some rules which ATI was okay with but Nvidia wasn't.
I hope everything works out.
