I've never even heard of Click Copter before. The idea's not horrible, but I'm not sold on it.



there's a vid of the game (too bad it was underrated. the game is fun as hell and the music is incredibly awesome)

EDIT: crap i forgot this. is about the blue flame from "7 minutes". instead of a bumper how about making it a tag bomb? when the player picks it up a time counter (with 7 seconds) appears over the head of the current holder. it can be throwed to other players to make them the holder (if you fail throwing the flame it comes back to you or the last holder) and if the time reaches 0 BOOOOMMM!! big explosion. this way players will think a bit before catching the flame because if it's picked up it means 1 player will posibly die. fair for everyone, right?

overpowered? players will take a risk while grabing the blue flame. plus, isn't the "mo-bomb" on SSB overpowered to be a bomb item too? i said "posibly die", it doesn't mean the Blue Flame means insta-death >=(

Blue Flame isn't really a recognizable item. Seven Minutes is a distinctive game, but not because of the blue flame in the beginning.

Fire and Spiked Goo: These suggestions are basically the same. What would set these apart from other damaging thrown items?

Beauty Goo: There is no push mechanic... ?

Bomb Goo: Seems a little like a SSB ripoff, but it would still be fun. Might be a little too similar to the Crystal Skull, though.

I guess Beauty Goo could just be a throwable item that rolls over people and damages them, and breaks after a couple throws.

Bomb Goo would be different as it could damage all players near by.

Fire and Spiked Goo... yea, I guess they're not needed.

Have the beauty goo be too big to pick up. It would act as a wall, and when you attack it, it would roll a bit and push people.

i suppose the difference would be in the size, a beauty goo was always a massive goo, it would be more of a 'hit it to start it rolling' kind of attack, crushing those it rolled over.

The beauty goo could start small then suddenly grow big when thrown so it rolls somewhat slowly pushing as it goes

What you're suggesting would require significant additions to the physics engine, which isn't worthwhile for a single item.

Besides, that sounds more like a stage hazard than an item.

Given how it acts in the original game, Beauty Goo should sit there inertly until someone attacks it, at which point it explodes into a bunch of randomly-flying goo blobs. These blobs would damage anyone they hit (possibly causing Beauty Goo chain reactions?), but dissolve on impact with either a character or an obstacle.
