Gridrunner Revolution was released today! Smiley

Some excellent trippy shooting with some original mechanics and less frustrating and confusing death than Space Giraffe Smiley

Break a Leg

gameplay video:

A Norwegian XNA title that participated in the Dare to be Digital competition.

There is a playable demo for PC. I think it might need a 360 pad. I've only played it with a pad. The game is very easy to learn, but hard to master. I like what I've played.

I haven't found an english site with the demo, but it can be downloaded from this site
http://www.spillutvikling.org/archives/864

or directly from this link
http://spillutvikling.org/downloadContent/Break%20A%20Leg%20DEMO.exe

edit: no, tried it now with mouse and keyboard. It supports it! Smiley

Has AI War Fleet Command been front paged?

Anyway, im not in the mood for writing, the blatant 1 minute pitch video should suffice.

Also:

I think it deserves some recognition. I havent really played the full game, only the demo.

And here's the link to the game: http://www.arcengames.com/

I'm going to give the demo a try.

Umbrella Adventure. It's an absolutely lovely platformer by the creator of Ark22.

indeed! it needs some exposure via the power of the TIGSource frontpage. Wink

i've a personal list that i intend to review -- not sure about the others. i tend to like to review games that i can complete in a short time, since i never like to review games i haven't finished and i cause time is limited. so for instance i may push reviews for rpgs and adventure games back while reviewing 15-minute plaformers, just cause i can actually finish them in the time i have available each day.

argh, i'm stuck in umbrella adventure -- anyone can tell me how to get past the mill? i have climbing, but am stuck in that room where there's a platform and something under it which reacts to your hits but can't be broken; there are also two barrels in that room and a platform and a sandbag attached to it; no matter where i go i can't figure out how to proceed after that room
