They had a small devlog on these forums. I'll check it out later today. It might be old, but I still boot up Knights of Pen & Paper often.

So, Year Walk is worth playing and Device 6 was just announced. Have to applaud Simogo for taking risks stylistically and also being true to the platform, exploring it's strengths and weaknesses, and crafting an unportable game around it.

Looks like the spam posts from a few weeks ago were rightfully removed.
Regardless, "Mikey Hooks" is a lot of fun, especially if you enjoyed "Mikey Shorts".

I would recommend Lost Echo, but I'm the developer, so take my opinion with a grain of salt Please do check our website though so you can find out more about the game and decide! : http://www.kickback-studios.com/

Empire: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id675636489?mt=8I was a tester for this game and I really enjoy it, so now it's been released and I'm trying to help get the word out. It's a boiled down, fast 4X game with deckbuilding and turn-based combat and it's great. Same designer as 100 Rogues.

Spout - $0.99 My impressionsIt's so very easy for a game to go unnoticed on the App Store. A flood of new games and apps are introduced every day; some are noticed and others, even worthwhile games, find themselves in a upward struggle for exposure. Spout was released mid-September but I didn't learn about till yesterday and I'm happy that I did.
Spout is a simple game with a lot of style. You have to use your thruster to maneuver around and through procedurally generated levels, each one growing more densely populated than the last. Your fragile craft is destroyed in one hit but is agile enough to move through tight gaps with ease. Spout's defining feature is its destructible environments; your thruster blasts through obstacles, allowing you to carve your own path through the levels. The greyscale retro graphics work well here and the particle effect of your thruster is just fun to use and play with. While you can quickly fly through some of the early areas, you definitely have to control your momentum and thrust once the environments get more densely populated. The game also has Game Center leaderboards, for those who enjoy climbing the high score boards.
Spout isn't the deepest game or the prettiest, but it's entertaining, it's fun, and it's a game I'll come back to time and time again when I have time to kill. I'd say that's worth $0.99.

Just found this while browsing r/playmygame on Reddit. It's really fun and challenging. It has the twitchy reflex testing gameplay that so many people here love with a color matching twist and a nice minimalist design. It's free so definitely give this a try. It's been out for a few months, needs the exposure and attention I am Box - FreeAction game that provides healthy dose of frustration and amusement for you, and your children. Can you reach its end?

Kairosoft games really do it for me. My last one was Dream House Days, and one of my favorites is Megamall Story, which was partly the inspiration for my own game. I'd love to build a suite of these kinds of games like they did.
