Did you play the original Bayonetta? Her fashion is definitely meant to be funny/crazy.

Was watching Cosmos with my housemates. Hard to take it seriously with all of wanking over Sagan. Not to mention it's cheesy as fuck.

I can't imagine it's easy to make a science documentary in America, where much of the audience believes that evolution is a myth fabricated by evil men in white coats. But from what I've heard of it, Cosmos never actually deals with religion directly, which I'm bloody thankful for. Any attention one might pay to the creationist account of events would be more than it deserves.

Not a jab at bayonetta specifically, but it annoys me how all these modern games have no sense of weight whatsoever. Everything and everyone seems to be filled with hot air. Kinda ironic, considering Vanquish totally did feel large robots had weight (albeit lighter than they really should). I think some capcom studios have handled it quite right. Nothing comes close to hugo on sfa3.

Good thinking I'll notice that for my game
Probably they do that to avoid annoying players Hugo , well , it's hugo , if he moves like sonic then something is wrong in the equation...
ANyway , the game have some good aesthetics , it inspires me.

Yeah well, I was playing one of those Dinasty Warriors esque Saint Seiya games, where large burly dudes seem to weight about the same as a tiny dude.
If anyone has been following my posts, I will sound like a fanboy (which I am), but Dragon's Dogma (nuther capcom gam) handles this surprisingly well too, in particular with the karate ogres, griffins, and hell, even when the character falls from a notable height and survives.

well in Dinasty Warrior, the enemy that's hit by your warrior's power or something, they fly like soccer ball being kick by professional player. same thing happen in Hyrule Warrior(if i'm not wrong). i think the point is they wanna make you feel so powerful when you hit people and they fly 10 meter away, sort of like anime stuff. also dragon ball is the grand daddy of weightless.

I dont mind much being lifted off in the air by sheer magic power, but at least pretend that they will not fly as higher than a lighter guy and that the very fall will have a bigger impact. At least have the wind blow around or smth, and distinct sound effects, and very slight screen/controller vibrations.

Yeah, I wouldnt consider Dragon Ball Z an example. At east everytime they hit the ground the whole sorroundings would at the very least shatter and be accompanied by dramatic sound effects.
EDIT: By being lfted off, I meant by a punch of smth, btw. And when they fall I mean by that same punch. Didnt mean flying techniques or such.

[img](but not sure where malaika the game is goin now haha)
That's normal, If you do something you have never done before or isn't a decorated carbon copy of something else. Because you really have two things to do, the game and the standard to which it must live one (instead of comparing to existing works). But that's what makes your game valuable. I hope you figure it out! I'm sure you know that already Oh and great animation, I had already seen it through my youtube subscription.
