Hi guys,

Well I thought for my first post I would indulge in a little free game I am making.  It is an adventure game based on The People's Temple and Jonestown.  The game specifically isn't out there to shock people but rather to educate people on the reasonings behind the religion and where it went wrong.

The game itself is a point-n-click adventure game, and this is my first full project that I have done.  Over the years I have started projects and never completed but this one is different.  Anyhoo, the game is going to be released in episodes every few months.  Finally here are some screenshots and some links.

The first episode I will hopefully have out by August this year.

Interesting concept and art style. Are the characters in the

rotoscoped by hand or computer? The animations look really smooth apart from the slightly obtrusive black and white blinking of the woman's talking animation.

Rotoscoped via live capture not drawn, and as for the talking animations yeah haven't finished them yet.

How is this project going? I meant to post a while ago as the overall effect is really interesting and eerie, really fitting for this disturbing piece of history...

Going really well, about 50% through to completing the first episode.  Definetly on track for the August release date.
