I am not exactly sure about the meaning of the word, but I hope it doesn't mean any kind of mockery or such, because my intention wasn't to do so nor disapprove your tilesets. You've done great job with the tilesets, but because I requested tilesets here in this thread, I wanted to use all those tilesets (that fit) that are sent to me. Your brown rock tileset has more contrast than, for example, the other one you made, but I don't think that really matters nor it matters. Though I must say that we can all learn something from that first tileset posted by Arachne. |

I thought Arachne was a dude...!  But that tileset was indeed beautiful, I will give it that much. But you're right about the it not fitting in stuff though low-quality version looks nice too! It looks cool, good, good luck, happy trails etc. etc.. |

I thought Arachne was a dude...! So did I. Anyways.. That first tileset is ridiculously amazing (it got the right-click, save-as treatment from me), and it's a shame you can't use it, but the second one still looks great. |

After I've added all the tilesets, some enemies and made the last mini-boss, which'll take probably about 2-3 weeks depending on how quickly I get/make/put in the tilesets and on my motivation (I sure hope I don't lose it magically!), I'll start looking for some betatesters. Cosmic_Fool is already ready for that, but I'd need some people (up to 5-7 or something) to test the game who'd be ready to play the game from the very beginning to the very end. It may sound fun, but I'm afraid that the game has still several balance issues which can greatly decrease the fun. Anyway, I have no idea why I posted this now when there's still time before the actual testing. Say if you feel like you want to show your amazing testing skills.  |
