LOL, nice!  Does Christina know you drew her pregnant?

But yeah, I dig.  Needs some snow falling in front of it, maybe?

Yeah-- the final plan is to have it snowing, and possibly to have the trees moving by as if it was driving too.

Cool title screen. I would tone down the green though, put more emphasis on the background on the other side of the window, which is what's of interest to the player and puts the player in the shoes of the character a bit more.

not sure if I'm going to make IGF. Things are looking difficult from here out. I'm still busting ass though, and will continue to do so until the 11th hour. I already got What is Bothering Carl all submitted, so I won't be scrambling to do that as well at the last minute.

Heatline looks nice right now, but it sure could use some more gameplay!

I don't know if it is that bright having all those electrical stuff on when you are low on power and stuff. But I guess one can't live without TV. Beer!

Wow, I love the "in van" -screen.

You could make it kind of like this: "you get in there when shit is going crazy out there and it totally seals you off" so when there are snow storms and whatnot outside, the sound-effects of that could be played back just very dimmed inside the van. And the character could quickly change to a different set of clothes... maybe a blue/green pullover and slippers.

And you could make the Van more cozy by adding some kind of video gaming system. :-)

But with the hairdo, the shoulder thingies, and the buttons, he reminds me of an 18th century sea captain!

Perhaps there could be an unlockable tricorn hat?  Well, hello there!

Man, this is looking good! Only one small comment on the title screen: Does the selected action blink (Start/Exit)? If not, you may want an arrow or something, since it's not clear if the selected action is orange or red?

On the actual screen, the words grow bigger when they are selected, as well as changing color.

Also, funniest glitch yet:

Hehe poor oxen!

That interior shot is amazing... vaguely reminds me of the bits in The Life Aquatic with the cut-away of the ship. I can imagine some great moments happening in there.

Good luck with the ass-busting!

The Life Aquatic commentary mentions that one of the original pitches for the movie revolved around that idea for a set, which was based on those books that showed cutaways of big ships.  Always a fascinating aesthetic.  Blink
