Somebody told me here to try Cell shading, well I looked it up and this artist came up, I love his work. He also works for Udon.

Evgeni Tomov has made some badass work in Les Triplets de Belleville by Sylvain Chomet!

OMIGOSH IT'S THAT GUY!

I'm sorry, I loved Triplets of Belleville, and I thought the style was absolutely gorgeous. I wonder if they have a coffee-table book of all the artwork...

Can't say much of the dialogue, but definitely a top 10 all time film.

Feels like we need to start a Les Tripletes de Belleville thread soon so we don´t get too far out of topic.  Smiley

Andrew Ley

Andrew Ley is an English concept artist from Manchester, and one of my favorite artists of all time (besides Travis Charest and Joe Mad).  Saw his work back in 2008 while I was active in conceptart.org.  As far as I know, he did work in Killzone 2 and Bioshock, amazing guy.  His concept art sketchbook.

Wow, that watercolor reminds me of another artist: Rebecca Quay
I was mesmerized by her art during my days playing Magic: The Gathering.

I don't think anyone has mentioned it before but Heavenly Sword had some cool character designs and an awesome aesthetic to the art. (Sorry bout the giant images)
