Rogue-Like + Trading Card Game

It's mine, I call it
Collect cards at the end of each dungeon and "play" them to define the next floor's generation patterns.

Trading Card Game + Interactive Story

Reading lots of dialog with the occasional game popping up, and all the cards are drawn in a chibi fashion.

Continuity + Dungeon Crawler
Half redundant. Go down through an endless dungeon that loops around to the first floor after half a dozen floors or so, but with new and harder enemies. (Didn't I just place that torch there?)

You must race your way through procedural dungeons in combatative vehicles, before any of your three opponents beats you there. Battle against terrain, creatures, obstacles, and one another to be the first to reach the boss.

Tetris + Roguelike

Explore a dungeon tower that keeps growing as tetrad-shaped rooms are piled on. The rooms will vaporize (with you in 'em) if a floor is completed.

A roguelike that utilizes 4 spatial dimensions. Hell, I don't even know of a 3D roguelike that utilizes all 3 dimensions. I'm gonna put some more thought into this Shocked

Miegakure + Minecraft

I don't know what a Miegakure (mega cure? amiga cure??) is but it's that plus block building. you know the drill.

Also dorf fortress adventure mode uses 3 dimensions

Fast paced shooter where you can directly manipulate the environment through weapons and building to provide shelter and confuse you opponents. Also vehicles.

open environment fast paced shooter (eg tribes) + sims

Manage each one of your tribe members in a tribe style (all sims features + things like sword training, hunting etc.). Involves gore, so you can then select, say, three out of your tribe members and make them fight to the death with other tribe members, making that tribe turn against you.

It would work with something like medieval knight houses too!

Sims + Portal

Order your sims through a series of test chambers, watching as they grow increasingly depressed and frustrated, starting to write messages on the walls, frolicking with companion cubes, etc.
Until they're all incinerated in the final test chamber..

Integrate a roller coaster in a dungeon with which the hereos will drive to encounter some nasty traps and your minions.
