"This program can't be used with this version of OS X" or something along those lines. So not even an "error message", really. Why does Apple hate backwards compatibility so much?  Cry

Probably because it can only run on Intel Macs, just a hunch because it works on my Netbook, albeit very slow. Cheesy Looks like I'm waiting for a Windows build to really play it also!

Yeah, I should have a windows build tonight. I added a bunch of new stuff to my engine, so my one-click export to windows didn't quite work anymore Smiley

No, it's an OS version issue. I think it's cause I'm using Leopard-specific OpenAL. I'll have to check.

Ran just juicy for me in 10.6.2. Get with the times, old folk! Wink

This game is really really hard for me though. I always get creamed super quick. Alas, I suppose I was not meant for bitquesting.

Haha, don't worry, it's not you. The game is incredibly unbalanced right now. I'm making tweaks to it for tonight's build.

Works on vanilla-Leopard (10.5.8 ).  Cute animation -- I like how you managed to get a lot of personality in just by overlaying a few of the sprites on top of each other, and displaying slashing-lines during the attack.

I died pretty quickly, too, but it sounds like you're working on the balance issues.  Very impressive, hope you release Construct SUBSTANCE (EDIT: whoa that was a mistake.  Not on my game today) soon...  Looking forward to playing around with it.

GUH yeah.  Haha.  That's what I meant.  Whoops.

Edit: Also I love that 10.5.8 in parentheses turned into 10.5.smoking guy. Always hit preview...

It's alright man, do what you gotta do.  If you could update the Mac build when you upload the Windows, it would be much appreciated.  Grin

I'm trying to hold off for better balance before testing...

Added a windows build, see if it works for you guys!

Also fixed a bunch of bugs and balance problems, but a lot of problems still exist, so dont freak out if it crashes or things are weird
