My first game under Awoken Entertainment Smiley  You can find out more about it at http://awokenentertainment.com/wrapple.php

The basic premise is that you are a potato with the ability wrap through walls.  You were given this ability in a lab and have to try to escape.  Each room is linked to the next with a portal.  Portals weren't designed for potatoes and consequently, the room falls apart whenever you enter one.  You have to reach the portal in all 25 levels to escape from the lab.

I like this game, the puzzles are fun and difficult and actually make you use your noodle.

I never realized potatoes could be so hostile... Epileptic Great game man. Nice little challenge to it, simple and pleasant visual style, and the story was creative.

looks great.

had an interesting experience at your website actually. At first it was all B&W and everything looked great, but then the cork BG popped in and I was all...  WTF and then the grayish post BG rendered and I was:  Angry then the logo!  Apoplectic

Anyway... point being: i liked the simple white bg on the site and the identity of your game is much more effective than the awoken entertainment logo/site. Not sure what you should do for that, but I guess my thinking would be to think of Wrapple as your brand and maybe play down Awoken Entertainment since i'm guessing Wrapple is going to bring in a lot more people than the name of your company at this point.

Yeah, I'm not too happy with the design of it now.  I may update it with something cleaner.  I can't really make it based around Wrapple because I'm going to have many more games than just that.  Maybe a theme for just that one page.

What did you think of the actual game though?

i like the random spikes. it seems like a more puzzle-oriented poyo with better, yet a tad too touchy controls. have you played poyo?

It was very fun...for a little while. Then the quick controls and the boost distance just became frustrating. I was constantly overshooting my target. Still haven't finished it yet.

Stopped reading, clicked link. More effective than any screenshot!

The game is great, and I love the visual style. The only thing I have to say is that sometimes I warp too far and end up eating spikes. It is too easy to get the distances wrong and die horribly, but I think it may be just a level design thing, the gameplay itself is great.

Congratulations!
