Sorry for the long silence! Working hard on things but most of the stuff is kind of behind-the-scenes so can't talk about it much.
However, Kissa3 has joined our team and will be making sound effects for the game! He has made sound for games such as Nuclear Throne and The Swapper!

Here're some new tweaks I've implemented: - Text for the map
- A small smoke effect to indicate that the player is low on health
- New death animation (which I might still tweak a bit)
 Hopefully getting most of the behind-the-scenes stuff done this week. Who knows, though? |

I think the player fragments combined with the energy burst could look good upon death, with the player fragments having more of a terrain based physics (& the energy burst ignoring level collision altogether).
