Had a ton of work earlier in the month, so I'm a bit late to join the party.

This is about skydiving from space. Following the jump of Baumgartner©, people wanted to try for themselves. But they don't have the cyborg brain of Baumgartner©, and the speed and lack of oxygen turn them into shit.

Is this happening in their head????






It's a local multiplayer thingy, playable from 2 to  maybe 4 players on the same screen. Your character moves up constantly (actually, he's falling a bit slower than the camera), you can go right or left, and dash to the bottom of the screen.

Collect stuff to get points and combo. As you collect stuff, your character starts to grow. As you become bigger, it become easier to collect stuff too. But if another player dash on yourself, you lose your size, combo, and he steals you some points.

Pretty much everything is placeholder (even the gameplay, ah!). But basically it will be around those lines: fucked up multiplayer skydiving where you can dash on your opponents.

First player (red) : numpad 1 2 3
Second player (yellow) : Q S D (or ASD for azerty)
Third player (blue) : J K L


Collect points, dash on your opponent from above for killing his combo and stealing him some more points. There is no end yet.

Some newz on the game. For the moment, it will only support 4 players in local (best playable with two keyboard, or keyboard + controller). Not sure yet if they'll be a 1 player mode, probably not.

I've added bombs, which explode shortly after entering the screen. They are usually surrounded by collectible, so it's up to you to try to take them before it goes b00m, or wait for after the explosion, providing another player does not take them first.

Meanwhile, I've some pretty cool art now, by the lovely dziff. We want to give the game some kind of "paper" feel. Like drawings, colored and cut.

The graphics are pretty awesome, and the whole absurdity of the things (weird objects, funny sentences) make it feel just right! Now I have to find someone to play with!
I encountered one problem though : I don't have a numpad on my laptop, and thus the number controls don't work, even with capslock. So I can't play player one. (Not a big deal, they're three left, but you might want to fix it)

Once I realized that avoiding bombs causes your player to slowly grow in size, I was hooked. It's a pretty well-balanced mechanic.

I love how the objects are all synchronized with the music; they even dance in a variety of ways instead of just pulsing with the beat. It adds a lot of personality to go along with the stylish graphics. Nice work!

Avoiding the bombs not only makes you grow in size, but increases your combo too, which will give you more points per item. I think the whole thing is best balanced for 3 players though.
