The Rules:
1) In order to play, first post one screengrab/WIP/anything of yours. This is your admission ticket, you can't play without it.
Old crap you are embarrassed of is encouraged.
2) Once you've posted a ticket image, you are now free to paintover, redraw/reinterpret/combine anything in the thread. Have fun with it.
3) When you post your tag track the lineage. Say willy-wilson does a drawing, then Tim-bo-jay did a tag of it, and then Green does a tag off of that. Green would post this ahead of his image:
Willy-WIlson > Tim-bo-jay > Green
4) After you've posted your new tag, you are free to post a new ticket image.
SUPER LURKER CHALLENGE:
If you're a lurker (<20 posts) you can post up to 5 admission tickets, which is to say 5 of your own pieces. New members are vital to the health of any good community, so get posting.
TIPS
-This is not just for paintings posting sprites or pixel work is highly encouraged as well.
-Don't worry about finishing it, someone else will.
Iterative collaboration is part of the fun. If you're scared about doing a tag "right," then you're not approaching treating it like a game--this is for fun, for loosening up. For seeing an old idea of yours get bounced around in an interesting way.
