I thought you guys might be interested in this face tracking library called faceAPI. Using just a simple webcam you can track a person’s 3D position as well as orientation. I wrote up a short tutorial for incorporating it into Unity3D.

I’ve been thinking of possible game mechanics using this so if anybody has any great ideas I’d definitely be interested in hearing them.

Looks very interesting indeed. Though the free version one is pretty limited, it's good to know that this is possible and I'm sure it will open up many possibilities.
