Well, there is always Hitbox and other no bullshit services that don't ban things for stupid reasons (e.g. on Hitbox you can stream shirtless if you desire, you only can't show your male/female parts (including nipples for females, but if you wear bra it's ok).

Bonus reason for using hitbox: Little to no delay between stream and chat.

As for game's controversy, there's only one thing that concerns me when buying a game: Is it fun enough for that price? If the answer is "yes", I don't care what content is in.

keep ur politics out of my game unless it's propaganda for war or racism because in that case "I don't care as long as the game is fun"

There's no any "unless" here. I don't mind games being political in any way if they are at the same time fun.

it's also interesting how the game being made by neo nazis doesn't detract from the fun for you

The only person I've known who enjoyed doing that stuff in postal 2 was in a deep depression at the time, voice almost trembling with pent up antisocial anger as he explained why he liked playing the game.
Also used to describe himself as a master forum troll.

It was pretty scary to see and I'm glad he's much better now!

Edit: point being it's probably the same feelings that drive people to a school shooting except they let it stay a fantasy.

So what you're saying games like this are good, because instead of killing actual, real, living people you kill bunch of pixels on screen?

If you have frequent fantasies of mass murder you should really talk to a professional. I don't think playing games as part of that fantasy does much to prevent or tip someone over to actually acting it out, but I'm not a psychologist.

Playing games like this is like kicking punching bag when you're angry. No real people get hurt and you feel better afterwards.

Actually one of the psychologists in my IOP group told me that letting out aggression on inanimate objects like pillows and punching bags can make you more prone to violent reactions to triggers, so they now discourage that form of coping.

Plus I've always preferred playing calm games vs. violent ones when I'm looking to relieve stress; I don't think games like Hatred seem very conducive to that type of therapeutic effect, but different strokes for different folks I guess  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a myth, current research shows that releasing your rage actually RISES your "raging stats"(lowers your ability to deal with your own rage in the future), and holding it rises your "willpower" and trains you to deal with it better.

Just like in Elder Scrolls.

edit: oops, "FK in the Coffee" said the same earlier, doh

No one said it was a conspiracy, but given the timing of this ban I think it is pretty obvious why they are adding the rule now. They don't want this icky Hatred on their service.

The whole bit about "safe and welcoming space" in their newspost sounds bogus to me, what's more likely is that advertisers complained and they banned it to keep the cash flowing in.

Here's some gameplay footage:

I don't know if it's going to be all that fun (maybe it gets repetitive?) but that car crash into the building at 4:40 looks pretty badass to me. It's not often you see destructible houses crumbling like this.
