Currently Working on a sort of much improved version of my newgrounds game jam game called XCVB

As such I named it simply: Super XCVB

XCVB refers to the controls needed to play it.

That immediately makes me think of QWOP. If thats what you're going for, great. If not, that could be a problem.

That immediately makes me think of QWOP. If thats what you're going for, great. If not, that could be a problem.

Sort Of? Like: I got a golden quote off a youtube called markiplier who was like: XCVB: QWOP on Drugs and Malaria.

But to me it's a nice control set. It's more linear than QWOP. I agree.
But, it's uber simple and rolls sort of off the tongue.

More like 'it reaches down your into your lungs and tears itself free from your being, possibly rolling off of the bits of your tongue that come off in the process'. At least, if you try to pronounce it like 'Kshivicib' rather than ex-cee-vee-bee.

Current Name: Speedrun

Summary:
Speedrun is an arcade, minimalist styled first person infinite-runner inspired by BIT.TRIP Runner and Super Hexagon. Dodge up, down, left and right as red and blue squares hurtle at your at remarkable speeds. Use slow-mo to get out of sticky situations and aim for the highest score you can.

I really don't like the current name, for one googling "speedrun game" will get you millions of links that just aren't my game, and also it's a bit generic.

I've gone with HyperGauntlet (full name - Hyper Gauntlet: Legacy of Nozzlethruster III) mainly because of a bet, and also because there are far fewer search results related to other peoples' games!

I'm also thinking of just calling it "Strong Gale" (the character's name is Gale).
