^ uh-oh!

Also, it might interest people to know that according to the community, the winner of each competition was better than the one before it! I'm having a lot of trouble phrasing that sentence, so have a look at this brand new TigDB tag and you might see what I'm getting at. TIGSource: getting awesomer all the time.

Furthermore, if current trends continue, the next competition winner should be on track to get somewhere between 4.9 and 5.0, making it The Best Indie Game Ever. That's not hyperbole, it's sheer mathematical fact.

You have some weird-ass cream buns.

Ah - i wasnt sure if the pink thing was icing (looks a little undercooked for a hotdog). We used to get similar looking `colourful` cream buns in yorkshire back in the 80s. It was the small indie bakeries getting creative.

Oh wow. If those games held hands in front of a rainbow they'd teach us a valuable lesson in DIVERSITY.
I am totally awesomed out by this.

How do you play games in the .url format?  Firefox just keeps downloading more files, which when opened with firefox download more files... etc.

EDIT:  Whoa, that's a weird default avatar you guys have here.  Anyway, another question.  When you link to mass downloads, are the mac versions (if any) included?

No, I don't think they are.  I don't have a list of the mac games off, hand.  Mine had a mac version available, and so were several others (that's not a complete list by any means).  Maybe in future competitions we should have system compatibility info on the list page.  Something along the lines of a table.  Something.  Hell: I should probably do it.

I have no idea about your other problem though dude.

The file Firefox is downloading is probably a .swf-file, check if you have the Adobe Flash player installed if this is the case. .url-files are just links to web pages.

No, when I open the file, it redownloads itself, not another file.  Weird.

Also, oh darn.  So I have to sift through all the competition threads?  Oh well, thanks anyway.
