It's finally coming, after about 4 or 5 years of making this, just a little less for us HyperDucks, but Dust AET is done and on it's way.
Here's the final trailer me & Dean put together this last week, we thought it'd be fun/cool to do it all film like, our first stab at this kinda stuff but it worked out all right I think!
Yay!

I've been waiting for this! Hopefully there'll be a PC version since I don't own an XBox Just finished watching the trailer. It's truly awesome and I wish I had an xbox

Thanks guys, Dean & I are pretty proud of the trailer. Was just a fun thing to do, since we've shown gameplay before in older trailers, thought it would be cool to just make it a bit hollywoody.
@moi: darn tootin!

Made a point of erasing my memory after finishing this game to have a fresh experience, seems to have worked, however I also seem to have erased important details such as my name and favourite colour, suggestions?

Well, guessing at your Username it would be "Chris" but I would look in a wallet to be sure. As for color, you can just use Color.CornflowerBlue, the favorite of all people who worked on Dream.Build.Play winning games. Also, I have been watching this game for years and I am so excited it finally comes out! I also remember having a good conversation with my artist on making a game for Dream.Build.Play, it went along the lines of this "Well, just try your best! They look for innovation and fun, not necessarily fantastic artwork!"
"Okay, could you show me an example then?"
"Sure, just take a look at the most previous winner"
*I pull up the website... which changed from the 2008 winner to the 2009 winner
"Dear lord... I can't even hope to compete with an entire anime studio"

Hahaha, the insanity that is Dean Dodrill. I swear that man uses his children as work slaves, he's proud of it too. Jealous. I need mini music slaves.

"Dear lord... I can't even hope to compete with an entire anime studio" from what i remember, there was only one artist for this game, not a whole studio. i thought it had to be a whole team at first too, but someone told me it was just one guy. not sure if that's still correct but i think it was correct originally

Yeah I think he's just saying it looks like it was a whole studio considering the level of quality Dean put in. Dean did all the art, animation and coding himself, and wrote the story (mostly, with editing help and dialogue direction from Alex Kain) too. Only thing he didn't have a hand in was the audio. The man is a skilled fellow indeed!
